Job Summary The Vice President, Finance Transformation is a strategic executive leader responsible for driving the modernization and optimization of the Finance organization. This role leads a centralized team of transformation experts charged with designing and executing enterprise-wide finance initiatives that improve operating effectiveness, organizational scalability, processes, systems, data, and ways of working. The Vice President, Finance Transformation serves as a key advisor to the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Leadership Team, translating strategic priorities into actionable transformation programs. This leader will oversee initiatives including organizational design, location and workforce strategy, shared services optimization, technology enablement, automation, artificial intelligence adoption, process excellence, governance, and change management to build a world-class Finance
