VP, Finance- Office of the CFO

For our client, a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space, we are seeking a VP Finance to join the Office of the CFO. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare management/administration or equivalent experience
• CPA/CFA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare finance focusing on clinical and operational performance
• 7+ years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and financial/reimbursement issues
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI in process and technology improvements
• Effective communication skills with executives at all levels

Pay

$218,000 – $270,000 annually
