VP Finance
About the Role
Step into a true strategic finance seat — this isn't just numbers, you're shaping company direction alongside the CEO. Direct line of sight to the C-suite with a "Reports to CEO" structure — high visibility, real influence. Own the full finance function end-to-end: planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting — no red tape, no bureaucracy. Get a seat at the table for major business decisions, including contract negotiations and product investment strategy. Build and shape your own team and department structure — this is a leadership role, not a caretaker position. Light travel (10%) means you're grounded and can build real depth in the business rather than living on the road. Broaden your skill set beyond traditional finance — inventory, ERP systems, and operations exposure round out your experience. Join a culture that values continuous improvement, learning, and attention to detail — not a "just hit the numbers" environment.
