Runwise seeks a VP, Field Operations & Service Delivery to lead and scale its national field operations organization, overseeing installation, service, commissioning, and technical field support across all markets. This senior leader will build operational systems, training programs, and regional structures to support rapid company growth.

• Lead and scale Runwise's national field operations, installation, and service delivery teams across multiple markets.
• Oversee installation, service, commissioning, and technical field support.
• Build operational systems, training programs, and regional structures to support company growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading field operations, service, or installation organizations.
• Experience scaling multi-market or national field teams.
• Background in HVAC, building systems, construction technology, energy systems, or hardware deployments preferred.
• Strong operational leadership and process improvement experience.

Pay

$200,000-$250,000 annually
