About the role
You will build and lead Turing's Field Engineering function from the ground up, managing a team of 10+ AI Solutions Engineers. As a key technical authority, you will bridge the gap between AI research and commercial deployment, closing high-stakes deals with frontier labs and global enterprises while defining the technical sales playbook.

Responsibilities
- Hire and lead a team of 10+ AI Solutions Engineers across domains like software engineering, enterprise knowledge work, and STEM.
- Codify the technical pre-sales discipline, including discovery scripts, qualification frameworks, and proof-of-concept methodologies for AI labs and enterprise buyers.
- Serve as the technical closer in high-stakes meetings with AI researchers and Fortune 500 executives to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record building and managing high-performing pre-sales engineering teams of 10+ members with rigorous performance management.
- Front-line experience closing deals with either frontier AI labs or enterprises deploying complex agentic AI workflows and systems.
- Deep technical fluency in domain areas such as software engineering or STEM, with a strong instinct for tracking win rates.
