VP, Enterprise Account Management

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Enterprise Account Management to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. In this remote leadership role, you will oversee enterprise account growth and retention across a portfolio of strategic clients. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to shape account strategies, identify new opportunities, and deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives. This position calls for a commercially minded leader who can drive revenue performance, strengthen executive relationships, and support coordinated proposal and account planning efforts.

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$300,000 – $400,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers
• Align with stakeholders to set and document account strategy
• Lead performance to meet sales targets for assigned accounts
• Drive proposal volume and assist in creating proposal content
• Identify solutions based on customer needs and business strategies
• Engage with operational teams to track account progress and resolve issues
• Gather client intelligence to shape account strategies

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in account management or business development in the Life Sciences/Pharma sector
• Strong track record of building client relationships and driving sales
• Experience with consultative selling or an established account planning methodology, such as Miller-Heiman
• Proven ability to engage with procurement to identify mutual value opportunities
• Excellent planning, project management, and presentation skills
