VP, Enterprise Account Management
About the role
As the Vice President of Enterprise Account Management, you will lead a team to drive revenue growth including upsell/cross-sell, client retention and customer success within the financial services sector by redefining how we engage with longstanding enterprise clients and introducing innovative, value-driven approaches to client experience. This role will focus on elevating client engagement by developing strategies that prioritize collaborative, solution-based partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and manage a team of enterprise account managers, providing mentorship, performance management, and ongoing coaching to ensure team success.
- Collaborate with the account management team to create tailored strategic account plans for eMoney's largest and most complex customers, ensuring alignment with customer goals and long-term objectives.
- Lead the delivery of quarterly business reviews and oversee the negotiation of high-value, multi-year renewals, ensuring that the terms maximize the value eMoney delivers while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Lead efforts to enhance customer retention through proactive relationship management, identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, and driving adoption of new eMoney products and services.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, driving product feedback and ensuring solutions meet customer needs. Generate ideas for introducing new products and services with the goal of increasing client retention and client growth.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to account management, customer satisfaction including net promotor score, and revenue growth to inform strategy and decisions. Ensure regular forecast accuracy.
- Regularly communicate with senior leadership on team performance, customer feedback, renewal status, and key account health.
- Responsible for ensuring the overall success of the team in meeting and exceeding sales quotas and retention targets, while creating a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
- Compensation will be directly linked to team success in achieving revenue goals, quota attainment, and customer retention.
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise account management leadership, sales, or customer success in B2B SaaS, preferably with at least 5 years serving the financial services industry.
- Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding assigned quota and leading and inspiring teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and developing future leaders.
- Periodic travel throughout the United States is required for this role.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong executive-level relationships.
- Proven experience owning or heavily influencing multi-year enterprise renewals and expansion deals.
Skills
- Strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in forecasting, financial reporting, and using CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and present to executive audiences.
- Experience with MEDDICC as a sales qualification methodology a strong plus.
- Experience with usage-based or value-based commercial models.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $204,000 - $307,000, with commensurate salary determined based on skills, professional background, and expertise. This position is also eligible for the eMoney commission program.
