About the role
As a VP Engineering in the CTO track at Confidential, you will lead the engineering team in driving innovation and ensuring the security and reliability of our systems. You will be responsible for setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure systems
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team
- Drive innovation through experimentation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical strategy and roadmap

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and leadership roles
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and services
- Experience with cloud platforms and security protocols
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
