VP, Engagement Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engagement strategy across key accounts with a focus on quality and impact
• Translate brand strategies into detailed omnichannel engagement and activation plans
• Oversee engagement planning and measurement across diverse patient journeys
• Develop and define strategies for content, touchpoints, and channels in the engagement journey
• Partner with various cross-functional teams to integrate strategies and implement engagement plans
• Utilize insights to optimize activation strategies based on performance metrics
• Identify growth opportunities to enhance audience connection and brand impact
• Mentor and manage both senior and junior strategists, providing guidance and feedback

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engagement strategy or related roles, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries
• Proven ability to lead complex engagement strategies independently
• Strong background in applying audience and behavioral insights for strategic planning
• Skilled at creating actionable plans connecting messaging and channels throughout the patient experience
• Collaborative leader with cross-functional teamwork experience
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous situations and maintain accountability

$170,000 – $205,000 annually
