VP Development Operations
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid nested lists. We'll include nested lists for subpoints.
- Requirements/Qualifications: There's "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Also "Key Success Factors". We can combine into Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications) and maybe Skills (Key Success Factors). But we need to decide sections: we can have "Requirements" for required qualifications, "Preferred Qualifications" maybe as part of Requirements or separate? The instruction says use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have both required and preferred. Could make two sections: "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Or combine into "Qualifications". The instruction list includes Qualifications as a possible heading. We'll use "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications" as separate h3? It didn't list those exactly but we can still use h3 for any section heading; they gave examples but not exclusive. Safer to use "Requirements" for required qualifications and "Skills" for key success factors. Preferred qualifications could be part of Requirements or maybe separate "Preferred Qualifications". Let's include "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications" as separate sections.
- Benefits: The posting mentions "We Offer A competitive benefits package that supports your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and company holidays, and exclusive team member housing discounts." That's benefits. So we need Benefits section with ul list.
- Pay: There's salary ranges: "Total Base Pay Range $174,700.00 - $291,200.00" and also role-specific ranges: Senior Director Development Operations: $156,000 - $260,000; Vice President Development Operations: $174,710 - $291,200. So we have pay info. Must include Pay section only if posting actually states them. Yes. So we will include Pay section with p describing ranges.
- Schedule: There's "Position Type Full time Weekly Scheduled Hours 40". So schedule info: full-time, 40 hours per week. So we can include Schedule section.
- Also location: State Virginia City Arlington Zip Code 22203. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate meta but instruction says do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Location is minor metadata; we can include in a short p under About the role or maybe separate but better to fold into About the role paragraph. - Also "Estimated Travel: Approximately 20% business travel, including visits to development and construction sites." That's a detail; could be part of Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like "Travel". Not in list of headings; we could include under Responsibilities as a bullet or note. Probably include under Responsibilities as a bullet. - Also "How Vivmark Supports You" section includes benefits already captured. - Also "Additional Info" includes EEO etc which we must remove. - Also "No Fees Notice & Recruitment Fraud Disclaimer" remove. Thus we will produce HTML:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. Also ensure we didn't repeat job title. Good. Check for any leftover EEO etc: removed. Check for any "Overview" duplication: we included overview in About the role paragraph. We need to include location: we can add location in About the role paragraph. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "Vivmark Residential exists to set the mark for what home can be. Formed through the merger of AvalonBay Communities and Equity Residential, Vivmark brings together two industry leaders with a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and delivering exceptional living experiences. Our vision is to be the most trusted and best‑performing rental housing company in America. As an owner, developer, and manager of more than 180,000 apartment homes in major markets across the US, we offer scale and career growth. This role is based in Arlington, Virginia (ZIP 22203)." We need to preserve all substantive info: we included overview, vision, scale, etc. Also mention that we invest in team members growth etc. Could include that too. Let's incorporate more: "We invest in team members’ growth, development, and capabilities that make them and us better, and we hold ourselves to the highest standard as an employer." Also "The best people want to work here." We'll include. Thus About the role paragraph will be a bit long but fine. Now ensure we didn't include any "How Vivmark Supports You" besides benefits; we captured benefits. Check for any other substantive info: "The Role This role has two salary ranges..." we captured in Pay. Also "The final level will be determined based on each candidate's professional experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role." included in Pay paragraph. Also "This role sits at the center of the development organization and partners closely with Development, Construction, Design, Operations, Asset Management, Finance, Legal, HR, and Technology teams to drive efficiency, consistency, and transparency across the development lifecycle." This is a responsibility; we could incorporate under Responsibilities maybe as a general statement. Could add a bullet at start: "Partner closely with Development, Construction, Design, Operations, Asset Management, Finance, Legal, HR, and Technology teams to drive efficiency, consistency, and transparency across the development lifecycle." We'll add as a bullet under Responsibilities maybe first bullet. Also "The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep real estate development process expertise - Lead Development Governance
