About the role
A mission-driven technology company is seeking a VP of Brand & Creative to lead its global brand strategy and creative organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global Brand & Creative function across design, video, copy, and brand strategy
- Build operational rigor, creative excellence, and measurable business impact
- Partner cross-functionally to develop compelling campaigns, customer stories, and brand initiatives
- Champion AI-enabled creative workflows and innovation
- Mentor and develop a high-performing creative leadership team
- Support global marketing efforts and coordinate with regional partners and agencies where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading brand and creative teams in a high-growth technology environment
- Proven ability to balance creativity with operational discipline and business strategy
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and integrated marketing
- Data-driven leader with experience measuring creative effectiveness
- Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI to improve creative processes and output
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities rather than waiting for assignments
