About the role

A mission-driven technology company is seeking a VP of Brand & Creative to lead its global brand strategy and creative organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Brand & Creative function across design, video, copy, and brand strategy
  • Build operational rigor, creative excellence, and measurable business impact
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop compelling campaigns, customer stories, and brand initiatives
  • Champion AI-enabled creative workflows and innovation
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing creative leadership team
  • Support global marketing efforts and coordinate with regional partners and agencies where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience leading brand and creative teams in a high-growth technology environment
  • Proven ability to balance creativity with operational discipline and business strategy
  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and integrated marketing
  • Data-driven leader with experience measuring creative effectiveness
  • Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI to improve creative processes and output
  • Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities rather than waiting for assignments
