VP, Corporate Security Center of Excellence

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Corporate Security Center of Excellence to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will shape a global enterprise security strategy that strengthens resilience across a complex, highly regulated healthcare environment. The role will oversee risk management, crisis readiness, executive protection, and business continuity efforts while partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. A major focus will be advancing security operations, analytics, and policies that support safer operations and more effective response capabilities. The position also builds trusted relationships with external agencies and partners to enhance preparedness and reduce organizational risk. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise security risk management framework Design and enforce security policies and procedures to reduce organizational risk Monitor and investigate security incidents, leading root cause analyses Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risk and implement mitigation strategies Lead global crisis response and business continuity planning Build relationships with regulatory agencies and law enforcement Champion security awareness programs and training initiatives Advance security technology and analytics through the security operations center Qualifications 15+ years in corporate or government security, including 5+ years in global leadership Expertise in physical and travel security, executive protection, crisis management, and business continuity Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries preferred Proven ability to lead global teams and collaborate with executive stakeholders Familiarity with global security standards and regulatory environments Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to convey risk to C-level leadership Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred Benefits Inclusive culture and safe work environment Opportunities for professional development and team growth Access to advanced security technology and resources Collaboration with global teams and external partners Engagement in public-private partnerships for enhanced preparedness Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
