VP, Corporate Real Estate and Enterprise Workplace

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Reston, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $250,000 – $350,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and maintenance of corporate facilities, fixtures, and equipment
• Negotiate complex domestic lease agreements and manage associated contracts
• Develop and deliver a strategic workplace plan to enhance workforce productivity
• Enhance in-office employee experience and promote collaboration through workplace strategy
• Integrate AI into workplace operations for innovative decision-making
• Collaborate with Corporate Risk Management for informed risk assessments
• Partner with Internal Communications, Technology, and HR to implement workplace initiatives
• Provide comprehensive hospitality services across all locations
• Establish processes for monitoring and maintaining building utility systems
• Serve as liaison with senior management and regulatory agencies on real estate matters

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience; at least 7+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing a complex office portfolio, ideally with 10+ offices
• Strong background in corporate real estate and facilities management, finance, legal, or civil engineering
• Proven ability to build multi-year real estate strategies
• Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills for consensus-building across complex organizations
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, HR, Technology Risk, and Procurement sectors
• Curious and adaptable in using new technologies, especially AI
• Strong track record in building and developing teams for organizational success
