About the role

Responsible for leading financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage financial reporting processes and ensure timely delivery of accurate financial statements.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Provide financial leadership and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or accounting.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in public accounting firms or consulting firms is a plus.
