About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the Ascend methodology for consistent consulting delivery
• Develop and implement new consulting offerings and AI-enabled solutions
• Lead innovation in service delivery and consulting intellectual property
• Collaborate with Product Management to ensure alignment and support for new products
• Transition new capabilities into industry vertical practices for broader adoption
• Build and inspire a global, multi-disciplinary team to drive innovation
• Apply financial discipline to prioritize investments and scale services

Qualifications

• 13+ years in professional services or related sectors, with senior leadership success
• 8+ years managing multi-disciplinary teams, ideally on a global scale
• 7+ years in enterprise resource planning, SaaS, or similar environments
• Experience in leading professional services transformation and scalable offerings launch
• Strong technical acumen, especially in AI, translating tech opportunities into business outcomes

Pay

$277,000 – $386,000 annually
