About the role

I’m confidentially representing an established financial institution that is looking to add a VP Commercial Loan Officer in the Fargo-Moorhead market, with a strong credit support team behind you, so you can spend more time doing what you do best: developing relationships and growing the book.

Responsibilities

• Approximately 50% new business
• Approximately 50% portfolio management
• Credit approval authority
• Voting seat on the loan committee

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven lending and business development experience
• Track record of building a meaningful commercial portfolio
• Potential to step into an existing portfolio as future retirements create additional opportunity
