We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe "About The Role" heading), Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements (Who You Are), Benefits. Also maybe "About OpenLoop" is not needed as heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real content. The posting includes "About OpenLoop" but that's not a required heading; we could include as a section? It says "About OpenLoop" is a paragraph describing company. Could be considered "About the role"? Actually there is "About The Role" heading. We'll include that as

About The Role

with paragraph. Then responsibilities:

Responsibilities

with
  • ... items from "What You’ll Do". Requirements:

    Requirements

    with
    • ... from "Who You Are". Benefits:

      Benefits

      with
      • ... from Benefits paragraph. Also maybe include "About OpenLoop" as a separate section? Not required but could be included as "About OpenLoop". However instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. The "About OpenLoop" is generic company description; could be omitted? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop it. So we need to include it somewhere. Could be a

before sections. The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short

for About OpenLoop. Then sections. We must remove boilerplate: note at bottom about conflict of interest, "Please read the note at the bottom of this posting, to confirm there is not a conflict of interest, with your candidacy *** You would qualify and should apply if you meet these key areas:" Actually that note includes conflict of interest and also bullet list of qualifications. We need to preserve substantive info: the bullet list of qualifications (M.D., telehealth experience, leadership, weight-loss medicine). Those are part of "Who You Are" maybe. We'll incorporate them. We must remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, application instructions. The note about conflict is maybe boilerplate? It's a note about conflict; we could keep as a short

but it's more like a disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's specific to the posting. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Conflict of interest note could be considered legal. Safer to drop it? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; conflict of interest note is not substantive about job. It's a legal note. I'd drop it. Also the line "Please read the note at the bottom of this posting, to confirm there is not a conflict of interest, with your candidacy *** You would qualify and should apply if you meet these key areas:" includes qualification bullet list. We need to keep those qualifications. So we extract the bullet list: "You are an M.D. or D.O. and meet the required board certifications & licensing as outlined belowYou have years of telehealth experienceYou have leadership experience in telehealth, specifically managing / coaching other clinicians, within telehealth operations, and are familiar with telehealth best practicesYou have weight-loss medicine experience". Actually it's a run-on; we need to parse into separate items. We'll treat each as separate requirement. Now compile. Responsibilities list: from "What You’ll Do" paragraph (multiple sentences). We'll break into list items. Let's extract responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of growing healthcare providers including NPs, MDs, and DOs - Supervise and manage clinicians to ensure patient services are delivered effectively within the scope of the plan - Spearhead the provider group’s clinical productivity alongside other members of the clinical leadership and clinical operations team - Establish recurring 1:1s with healthcare providers as needed - Develop and manage clinical protocols - Work with quality and enablement teams to ensure the clinical standard of care of health professionals - Provide medical personnel with leadership, decision-making and direction in patient care services and defined areas, ensuring team feels empowered to serve as patient representatives/advocates and creates a medical environment in which collaboration is valued and excellence is prioritized in clinical care - Identify areas of process improvements and inefficiencies - Work closely with all levels of stakeholders to execute processes and procedures - Execute project management skills through leading internal meetings in efforts of problem identification and resolution - Lead in optimizing the quality and efficiency of day-to-day operations of the group, including but not limited to creation of policies and procedures and instituting/maintaining internal and external quality improvement measures for telemedicine - Responsible for continued assessment of performance improvement to promote practice growth and development - Provides clinical leadership by directing, coordinating and delegating patient care in an organized manner, allowing for flexibility (actually text: "Provides clinical leadership by directing, coordinating and delegating patient care in an organized manner, allowing for flexibility") - Ability to effectively communicate expectations, motivate individuals, foster collaboration between departments and demonstrate a proven ability to provide positive and motivating leadership that supports teamwork - When needed, provide safe, effective, and compassionate care via telemedicine to patients across the country (based on licensure) for a wide variety of conditions - Other duties as assigned Now Requirements list from "Who You Are" plus the bullet list from earlier. Who You Are: - Licensed and board certified Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine - M.D. or D.O. required - Obesity Medicine board certification preferred but not required - Active unrestricted medical license in 5-10 states within the United States required - At a minimum, 3 years of management of medical providers in a US health system within the past 5 years or recent relevant experience required - Prior experience leading clinical teams, preferably with educational experience and/or strategic planning experience - Prior experience in virtual care required - Prior experience in clinical protocol development and management for the purpose of guiding virtual care required - Prior experience in medical weight loss required, and prior experience preferred in testosterone replacement therapy, hormone replacement therapy, functional/longevity/peptide medicine, remote patient monitoring, and chronic care management - Prior experience in virtual clinical operations required - Proficient with Google Suite, virtual communication platforms, and AI required - Able to quickly adapt to new technologies, such as software and operating systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders - Team player - Able to quickly pivot as needed in a rapidly growing startup environment - Passionate about motivating and growing a successful team Also from bullet list earlier: M.D. or D.O., years of telehealth experience, leadership experience in telehealth managing/coaching clinicians, weight-loss medicine experience. Those are already covered. Now Benefits: - Competitive annual salary + an annual bonus - Flexible Time Off - Medical, dental, and vision benefits - 401k program - Fully remote position - We manage and pay for all of your license renewals Now About OpenLoop paragraph: "OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring care anywhere. Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states." We'll put that as a

before sections. Now produce HTML fragment:
