Responsibilities
- Lead a customer engagement team to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Hire and mentor team leaders to drive strategic account planning and growth
- Own renewal health and client experience metrics across North America
- Manage relationships with at-risk clients, developing retention strategies
- Facilitate cross-sell opportunities and track performance against quotas
- Collaborate with various departments to align client engagement strategies
- Develop scalable programs to enhance service adoption and account planning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise software or technology services, with customer success focus
- 8+ years of leadership in quota-bearing customer-facing roles
- Prominent record in driving renewals, retention, and cross-sell growth
- Experience in managing large enterprise client accounts over $1B in revenue
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and build executive relationships
