Responsibilities

• Understand the business and underlying KPIs of assigned active clients (territory), retain existing revenue/business, identify opportunities for expansion through cross-sell and up-sell, and negotiate and close new lines of business while maintaining client satisfaction and top industry rankings (KLAS) and high NPS.
