Vice President - Client Engagement

Key Responsibilities Own and grow strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders across P&C Insurance. Drive account growth through consultative selling, solutioning, proactive propositions, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities. Provide strong P&C domain leadership across Underwriting, Claims, Policy, Distribution, and Insurance Operations. Partner with clients on data modernization, cloud transformation, analytics, GenAI/Agentic AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Lead large-scale engagements from solution definition through delivery, ensuring business outcomes and client satisfaction. Work closely with sales, consulting, technology, and delivery teams to develop differentiated insurance solutions and proposals. Build practice capabilities, reusable offerings, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategies for the P&C Insurance portfolio. Preferred Experience 15+ years of experience with significant leadership experience in the P&C Insurance / Insurance Consulting domain. Strong track record in client engagement, account growth, consulting, solutioning, and large-program delivery. Strong understanding of modern insurance technology, data, cloud, analytics, and AI transformation. Excellent executive stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
