About the role
This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop claims operations strategy, goals, and objectives to support the company Strategy
- Deliver on objectives across employee, member, financial, and quality goals
- Drive adoption of industry best practices within claims processes
- Lead operational teams to achieve business outcomes
- Collaborate with product leaders to support Enterprise initiatives
- Manage risk and compliance through consistent frameworks
- Sponsor and shape large transformational efforts across various operational areas
- Build and lead a high-performing claims executive team
- Champion claims servicing solutions across technology and analytics
- Identify and manage risks associated with business activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
- 10 years of experience in financial services, including P&C industry work in claims
- 8 years of senior leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
- Extensive background in building strategic solutions and delivering transformation at scale
- Executive-level acumen in P&C, insurance risk, and operational excellence
- Strong ability to influence and develop relationships across disciplines
- Proven strategic vision execution capabilities
- Understanding of government regulations in P&C business
Pay
$257,250 – $463,050 annually
