VP - Capital Markets Sales Support

About the role

The VP, Capital Markets Sales Support will be a senior member of the newly established Sales Middle Office function within Derivatives Operations, supporting the growth of the business across hedge funds and investment advisors.

Responsibilities

• Trade booking and validation
• Maintain platforms such as MarkitWire and ICE
• Manage trade breaks, allocations, affirmations, and settlement issues
• Care for client onboarding and credit application processes
• Support process improvements, system enhancements, control documentation, and sales credit reporting

Requirements

• 7+ years of financial services experience
• 3+ years in Middle Office or Trade Support within capital markets or derivatives
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle management, operational controls, and industry platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Finance or related field preferred
• MBA and Client Series 99 preferred
