Responsibilities
- Focus on developing staff to deliver exceptional member service and provide efficient and friendly service.
- Lead and support branch team to achieve individual and branch goals, while promoting credit union's image and growth in the local community.
Requirements
- Three years or more experience in a management role or demonstrated experience in a leadership position required, preferably in a financial institution.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
- Will need to obtain a NMLS license and serve as Notary Public and Signature Guarantee.
- Must be bondable.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work in an in-person role Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Must be able to work 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate.

Pay
$79,934 - $119,902, depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $79,934 - $119,902.
Schedule
To best serve our members, this position requires an in-person schedule Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 5:30 PM. This position works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate.
