VP, Appraisal Reviewer (Prevailing Rate Employee)

About the role

SitusAMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Appraisal Reviewer. This position will play a crucial role in providing high-level review services and supporting client consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage workflow
• Execute valuation reviews and client consulting engagements
• Implement organizational and technical skills
• Communicate and coordinate with market participants, clients, and co-workers
• Review 3rd party appraisal reports
• Develop reviews, consulting reports, and other deliverables
• Resolve non-compliant issues through verbal and written communication with clients or other involved parties
• Work independently on projects and collaborate as a team player
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, accounting, finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent
• Commercial appraisal experience
• Certified general real property appraiser license is a plus
• MAI designation is strongly preferred
• Strong valuation expertise
• Skills: MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Argus
