Appraiser/ Quality Control Reviewer

Responsibilities

• Use professional customer service, communication, and analytic skills to perform quality control reviews of residential appraisals.
• Ensure accuracy, relevancy, and consistency of data in the reports being reviewed.
• Have a current working knowledge of Fannie Mae, HUD/FHA, UAD, and USPAP requirements and guidelines.
• Identify flaws in appraisal development, logic, and theory.
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding appraisal issues.
• Communicate with staff in all departments to meet client expectations and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Maintain high levels of production.
• Stay current with client-specific underwriting requirements.
• Identify when a report should be escalated for further review.
• Deliver the final product and supporting documentation to the client.
