The VP, Aircraft Management Sales position is based in the United States and seeks a high-performing sales leader with a passion for private aviation and luxury client services. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the aircraft management portfolio.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with aircraft owners, family offices, aviation consultants, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, private events, industry connections, and proactive outreach initiatives.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and service agreements tailored to client needs and long-term aviation objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Design and implement short- and long-term business development strategies to support sustainable portfolio growth.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, luxury events, and exclusive gatherings to strengthen market presence and brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and evolving client expectations within private aviation and luxury services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, delivering a high-touch, consultative experience while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in aviation sales, luxury services, or selling directly to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, with a strong preference for private aviation expertise.
- Demonstrated success in business development, relationship management, and complex consultative sales environments.
- A strong understanding of aircraft management solutions, private aviation services, and the expectations of sophisticated clientele.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, critical problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build long-term relationships while maintaining professionalism, persistence, and discretion.
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's or associate degree preferred; equivalent industry experience and a strong track record of performance will also be considered.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (25%+).
