Responsibilities

The VP of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for leading a global manufacturing engineering organization to define and execute all aspects of the company’s manufacturing technology roadmaps, to work with our global operations teams on critical new product and process technology qualifications, and to oversee the global engineering services and laboratory organization. You will work closely with the technology, operations, and commercial leaders of each Business Unit (BU) as well as executives at key customers for the long-term planning of all aspects of the company’s assembly, test, and product technology roadmaps. This role will also interface with customers and our sales teams to represent Flex capabilities and develop new opportunities. You will oversee a portfolio of programs for the introduction of new technology and qualification of our sites for new assembly and test processes.
