This practice integrates CRM platform expertise, journey management, and first-party data capabilities with creative excellence and performance capabilities, enabling Omnicom to deliver intelligent activation across the full funnel with data-driven decisioning at scale to help clients move faster and deliver more connected customer experiences.

MRM is a modern relationship marketing agency dedicated to building enduring brand relationships. MRM's specialized capabilities drive relationship lifetime value and span CRM, Customer Experience, and Commerce with data and martech at the core. MRM operates in a borderless, integrated way to enable greater collaboration, creativity, and true speed to market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and ensure the agency is delivering on necessary expectations.
  • Manage the service expectations of the client through open and honest discussions between agency and client management.
  • Build and maintain a solid client relationship based on mutual trust and respect through the creation of a customized team.
  • Partner with Creative, Strategy, and Operations Leads to deliver work that is innovative, on strategy, and within budget and timing parameters.
  • Manage the day-to-day senior clients.
  • Ensure successful development and completion of the client engagement.
  • Maintain a superior relationship with all departments in the agency and understand the strategic goals of the account, contributing to their communication to the agency team.
  • Ensure the agency is giving its highest quality, meets client objectives, and leads the category.
  • Be responsible for profitable growth by adding new divisions or assignments.
  • Manage and mentor junior-level team members.
  • Build client business by identifying short-term and long-term opportunities, business-building, and learning.
  • Develop yearly Statements of Work (SOW) in collaboration with finance and department heads.
  • Report on account performance.
  • Identify best and new practices that drive efficiency and effectiveness of the agency to deliver against the client’s objectives.
  • Develop new initiatives through a thorough understanding of the client’s content area.
  • Aggressively pursue new ways to contribute to overall agency and client revenue and profitability.
  • Work closely with project management for the successful execution of projects.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of agency experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of management experience.
  • Pharmaceutical HCP/DTC experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Highly organized with creative problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal department relationships.
  • Ability to interact with and manage clients with decision-making responsibility.
  • Experience with budgets and finance savvy.
  • Ability to translate business and marketing requirements into viable solutions.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on factors including actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, the associated discipline, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the company, as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Schedule

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. The objective is to increase this requirement over time, with many agencies and Omnicom’s corporate group already requiring five days of in-office attendance.
