Schedule
Monday–Friday, 36 hours per week.
About the role
Responsible for processing and maintaining registration records and assisting with the voting process.
Responsibilities
- Process new voter registrations and maintain related records
- Coordinate voting locations
- Refer to election manuals
- Periodic overtime and weekend work required
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of experience working in the election process
- U.S. Citizen, resident of Elkhart County, and a registered voter
- Working knowledge of Federal code, Indiana election rules/regulations, and SVRS
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of office procedures and practices
- Able to lift and carry 40+ pounds
