About the role
As a Sales Client Advisor, you will coordinate with the sales manager to meet new and used sales quotas, profit margin goals, and customer satisfaction targets. You will utilize floor time effectively, introduce customers to various dealership departments, and ensure consistent follow-through on all sales processes and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales manager to set and meet new and used sales quotas and profit margin goals.
- Introduce customers to parts, service, F&I, and general merchandise departments.
- Utilize floor time effectively to meet customer needs and solicit sales.
- Follow established procedures for handling warranty items, completing paperwork, and maintaining the computerized inventory control system.
- Actively develop prospects and demonstrate product advantages compared to other brands.
- Cross-sell accessories, additional parts, F&I products, service contracts, and warranties with all vehicle sales.
- Greet customers promptly, follow the outlined sales process, and verify customer qualifications.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and a pleasant attitude to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure consistent customer treatment by following documented procedures.
- Conduct courteous and prompt telephone transactions and utilize vehicle deliveries to foster customer loyalty.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and road tests before customer delivery.
- Attend sales meetings and pertinent trainings to stay current with sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Sell/lease and deliver a minimum of 9 units per month.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening to their responses.
- Explain product performance, applications, benefits, and optional equipment to prospects.
- Offer test drives and follow dealership procedures for proper identification.
- Utilize the dealership’s sales control and follow-up system.
- Establish personal income and performance goals consistent with dealership standards.
- Turn 100% of closed deals to the business and insurance manager with completed paperwork.
- Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and ensure customers understand vehicle features, warranties, and paperwork.
- Introduce customers to service department personnel and schedule first service appointments.
- Follow up on post-delivery items, tag/title work, and special requests to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to improve time utilization and planning.
- Document all customer communications in CRM.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as directed.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and clean DMV record.
- Valid Sales License.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet company production and quality standards.
- Basic technology skills (Email, Microsoft Office, Mobile Device, etc.).
Physical Requirements
- Spend time outdoors in various weather conditions and indoors in air-conditioned areas.
- Regularly sit, stand, and walk.
- Infrequently bend, twist, stoop, kneel, squat, reach overhead, and climb stairs.
- Lift 25 lbs. to 50 lbs.
- Infrequent repetitive hand/finger movement and grasping/grabbing with hands.
- Regular pushing and pulling.

Pay
$16.90 per hour plus bonus up to $16,500.00 per month, based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions.
