About the Role
Volunteer with your pet a minimum of six times a year in our adaptive therapy program serving the special needs community. You and your pet will work alongside another volunteer or staff member to help kids and adults practice different skills. Experience firsthand how the unique bond between people and pets helps individuals with special needs grow and meet their goals. Our program operates in special education classrooms and day centers throughout the Valley.
Once you get started, you will receive a pet therapy vest, trading cards, a lanyard, and a volunteer shirt.
