Volunteer with Food Link (Arlington location)

Description

We are looking for volunteers who are interested in food rescue and who want to make a difference in the community by reducing food waste and helping to provide food to people in need.

Responsibilities

• Sorting and packing food at grocery stores
• Helping out at the Food Link Hub (our building in Arlington)
• Driving (in your own car or in one of our vans) for pickups and deliveries

Requirements

• Flexible schedule to accommodate 7 days a week shifts
• Regular commitment to a weekly or biweekly time slot is preferred, but we also have a fill-in list for those who can help as needed
