Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills to create responsive, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces.
• Advanced Back-End Web Development and Programming skills to build secure, scalable, and reliable web applications.
• Solid Web Development skills to integrate front-end and back-end components, manage deployments, and maintain overall site integrity.
• Experience with modern web technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS/JavaScript frameworks, server-side languages, databases, APIs) is highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with version control tools (such as Git).
• Ready to learn AI tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, and align technical solutions with mission-driven goals.
• Prior experience in nonprofit or social impact settings, and a demonstrated commitment to preventing human trafficking or supporting vulnerable communities, is a plus.
