About the role

Help us reach more people! Anything Helps is a Washington State 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing Medicaid-funded case management services to people experiencing homelessness across King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Kitsap counties. Our organization is led by and staffed with people who have experienced homelessness themselves, delivering services directly in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Google Analytics integration: Confirm GA4 is properly connected to our site, tracking the right events, and providing usable data about visitor behavior.
  • Google Ad Grants: Set up and manage campaigns to drive real traffic to our site using up to $10,000/month in free Google Ads for nonprofits.
  • SEO optimization: Ensure our site is structured, tagged, and written in a way that helps people find us when searching for services, volunteer opportunities, or information about homelessness in Washington State.
  • Conversion goals: Build towards increased online donations, volunteer sign-ups, interest in open board positions, and visibility for our work through the site itself.
  • Bonus Project: Contribute to the development of MIRA, a resource navigation tool that crawls the Washington 211 website and provides a chat interface to help people find services like shelter, food, and healthcare.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Hostinger (domain/DNS management) and modern site-building platforms like Lovable
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and Google Ad Grants
  • Understanding of on-page and technical SEO
  • Comfort working with a small nonprofit team that moves fast and communicates primarily through Slack
  • Ability to work independently and flag issues or opportunities as you find them

Qualifications

  • If you are strong in one or two areas and willing to learn the rest, that works for us.
  • If you are a student looking for an internship or have practicum requirements you need to meet, we have an amazing software engineer that is willing to supervise you and sign off on your working hours with us.

Benefits

We pride ourselves on paying our staff competitive wages, and every dollar we raise and every volunteer we recruit helps us retain and support the most experienced and knowledgeable case managers in the field as they work directly with people living outside and help them stabilize by securing housing, employment, and treatment.
