Army Pink is seeking a volunteer to help create and manage a centralized volunteer directory in Monday.com. This role involves importing and cleaning records from various sources, organizing roles, statuses, and contact info, documenting onboarding workflows, building communication templates, and offering recommendations for long-term volunteer management.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a centralized volunteer directory in Monday.com using data from Idealist, Taproot, LinkedIn, and other sources.
  • Organize roles, statuses, and contact information for volunteers.
  • Document standardized onboarding workflows for volunteers.
  • Build communication templates for volunteer engagement.
  • Offer recommendations for long-term volunteer management strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with volunteer management software and databases.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Army Pink team.
  • Understanding of domestic violence issues and survivor needs.

Qualifications

  • Commitment to supporting survivors of domestic abuse.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and survivor-centered care.
  • Experience working with survivors of domestic abuse.

Skills
