Through unwavering support, expert guidance, and heartfelt advocacy, we stand united in our commitment to ensure that no military woman fights her invisible battles alone. Together, we will forge a path towards healing, resilience, and a future where every military woman can live life to her fullest potential. , Invisible Warriors is looking for someone who wants their accounting skills to mean something beyond the billable hour. We're a small, all-volunteer nonprofit in North Alabama serving women veterans, active-duty military women, and women first responders. No paid staff — including our Executive Director, who runs the organization full time without pay. That means our treasurer isn't a committee seat that rubber-stamps a budget once a quarter. It's one of a handful of people actually keeping this organization alive. You'd own monthly bookkeeping in QuickBooks, a Treasurer's Report for the board, a working budget, and coordination with our CPA on the annual 990. Real bookkeeping or accounting experience required; nonprofit fund accounting is a plus. Remote is completely fine — we need consistency, not a zip code. This is a real seat at the table, not a resume line. We're lean and we're honest about it if the treasurer goes quiet, the finances go quiet with them. We're looking for someone who wants that responsibility, not someone checking a box. Tell us about your background and why this work matters to you.
