Volunteer: Teen Virtual Summit Program Design

This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections. Powerful Girl Broadcast, Inc. is seeking pro bono support to design an engaging and impactful virtual summit for teens. Our organization serves young people through programs focused on leadership, faith, mental wellness, healthy relationships, and personal development. The Project Deliverable By the end of the project, the consultant will provide a complete Teen Virtual Summit program plan that includes: * Summit theme, goals, and intended outcomes * Recommended workshop topics and interactive activities * Detailed virtual agenda and event run-of-show * Speaker, facilitator, and volunteer role descriptions * Teen engagement and participation strategies * Registration and communication recommendations * Online safety and participant guidelines * Planning timeline and task checklist * Post-event survey and evaluation framework Success will mean that Powerful Girl Broadcast has a practical, ready-to-implement plan for hosting an organized, safe, engaging, and meaningful virtual teen summit.
