Volunteer: Support for Volunteer Program Optimization
About the Role
This is a three-week volunteer opportunity to serve as a Volunteer Coordinator. About the Organization
The Healthcare Navigation Project is an independent 501(c)(3) intentionally designed to disrupt our complex healthcare system with a health literacy and mental health life-skills program for ALL youth transitioning to adult care (HCT), and everyone else. This includes individuals with rare or chronic disease, underserved communities, or those with educational disabilities. We bridge the gap in healthcare by empowering all people to learn to actually use healthcare and self-advocate before they need it instead of after when it's too late.
