Volunteer: Strategic Planning Dashboard and KPIs

About the role

Creshendo is an early-stage, global nonprofit working with migrant and refugee communities across storytelling, integration, research, and economic mobility. We are seeking an experienced strategy or operations professional to help us refine and simplify our organizational performance management system.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine our existing strategic planning dashboard
• Simplify our organizational KPIs and success measures
• Design an efficient process for teams to submit quarterly data and updates
• Recommend ways to track organizational priorities, milestones, and outcomes
• Improve how strategic information is presented for both internal decision making and Board reporting
• Develop practical templates or workflows that support quarterly planning and accountability
• Recommend approaches that allow the system to grow alongside the organization

Requirements

We are looking for someone who enjoys building practical systems, simplifying complexity, and helping organizations make better decisions through thoughtful strategy and measurement. Experience in startup or nonprofit strategy, management consulting, operations or program management, organizational performance and KPI development, PMO or strategic planning, and Google Sheets or dashboard design is highly preferred.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience helping early-stage organizations build scalable operating systems. They will work directly with our Executive Director and Volunteer Chief Operating Officer.
