Volunteer Services Manager

Primary Work Location: Sun City West, Arizona (Relocation not provided) Work Hours: 40 hours week; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Job Details 5 years of experience in social services, nonprofit management, human resources, or resource management, working with volunteers in health care or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.Experience in volunteer management and recruitment within nonprofit organizations preferred.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including relationship building, public speaking, and presentations, with demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve outcomes.Detail-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to monitor, report, and analyze team performance and goal progress.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
