Volunteer: Salesforce Workflows and Reporting Donor Management
About the role
The volunteer will work on optimizing Salesforce for fundraising and donor management at Army Pink, a survivor-led initiative dedicated to helping domestic abuse survivors escape dangerous situations and begin their journey to healing.
Responsibilities
- Review and organize current Salesforce setup
- Configure stewardship and recurring donor workflows
- Create a small set of fundraising reports and dashboards
- Document new processes for staff and volunteers
Requirements
Volunteers must have experience with Salesforce and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with fundraising and donor management systems is preferred but not required. Experience working with survivors of domestic abuse is a plus.
