• Event Coordinator

  Commitment: ~3 hours/week

  • Oversee event planning timeline
  • Cook up planning team
  • Sustain event day operations

• Logistics Volunteer

  Commitment: ~2 hours/week

  • Help plan venue layout and decorations
  • Coordinate event supplies
  • Aid in event setup planning

• Volunteer Coordinator

  Commitment: ~2 hours/week

  • Recruit additional event volunteers
  • Assign event-day roles
  • Support volunteers during the event
