VOLUNTEER PHONE CALLERS NEEDED

About the role

Arts4Schools is seeking confident, professional volunteer phone callers to join our outreach team. Help us connect with schools in Washington, DC and Connecticut to share information about our arts education programs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schools during business hours (approximately 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern)
• Speak with school personnel using a provided script
• Accurately record contact information and call outcomes
• Send follow-up emails immediately after calls
• Represent Arts4Schools in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements

• Located in the United States
• Clear, friendly, and professional telephone voice
• Comfortable calling schools and speaking with school personnel
• Able to confidently read and follow a provided script
• Dependable and organized
• Available during school hours (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern)

No sales experience required. We provide the script, information, and instructions—you provide the voice and time.
