Volunteer: Organize Google Drive and centralize formation documents

Black Lemonade · Nashville, TN · 2 days ago
RemoteRemoteManagementVolunteer
This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections. A volunteer will audit the organization's Google Drive, locate and centralize formation documents into a single, clearly named folder, organize related files into a simple folder structure, and deliver a short guide describing where files are and how to find them. By centralizing core formation documents, volunteers will reduce administrative friction and improve access to essential records. This helps Black Lemonade operate more efficiently so staff can focus on educating and equipping underserved youth, strengthening program stability and community impact. Drive access and a list of known formation documents will be provided. A staff contact will be available to answer questions and confirm document locations. Volunteers and staff will discuss scope during onboarding so the work is practical and easily implemented. Black Lemonade Mission: At Black Lemonade, we provide ongoing support to underserved youth by educating and equipping them with the tools they need to reach their full potential. By investing in those who face systemic barriers, we create pathways for all youth to thrive—because when we uplift the most vulnerable, we strengthen the entire community. (Founded to turn lemons into lemonade for minority and underserved communities so that we all may live more equitable lives.)
