Help Connect Purpose-Driven Businesses to Life-Changing Impact in Africa
Develop Africa is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization founded in 2006 to expand access to education, skills training, and opportunity for children and youth in underserved communities in Africa—especially Sierra Leone.

What You’ll Do

• Research and find:
• Purpose-driven small businesses and brands
• YouTube channels, coaches, creators, and founders with small–mid-sized audiences
• Build and maintain a simple outreach list (name, website, contact info, notes)
• Help identify partners who care about:
• Impact, generosity, and social good
• Education, opportunity, and community development
• (Optional) Help draft or send outreach messages using templates we provide

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable with:
• Google, YouTube, Instagram, and basic web research
• Spreadsheets or simple tracking tools
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Interest in:
• Social impact, nonprofits, education, or purpose-driven business
• Strong written communication is a plus, but not required
