Description

• You will play a key role in strengthening leadership pathways for students and families in under resourced communities.
• Your work will help ensure that students are not only served during programs but are supported as they grow into confident learners and leaders.
• - Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of volunteers while developing clear leadership pathways into ambassador roles
• - Direct the Pink Space Theory Ambassador Program, including training, mentorship, goal setting, and impact tracking
• - Reconnect with former program participants and Spanish speaking families to track student progress and share academic and career resources
• - Coordinate volunteer support for programs, community events, and fundraising initiatives while ensuring accurate tracking of hours and participation
• - Maintain strong communication, accountability, and recognition systems to ensure volunteers and ambassadors feel supported, informed, and aligned with the mission

Time Commitment

• 5 to 10 hours per week

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Experience in volunteer management, community engagement, education, or youth development preferred
• Organized, self directed, and comfortable working in a growing nonprofit environment
• Passion for equity in STEM education
