Volunteer: In-Kind Partner Prospect Database and Outreach Kit

Scope of Work

• Research in-kind prospects across 6 categories
• For each prospect, identify the specific in-kind ask and its dollar-equivalent value
• Capture decision-maker contacts and CSR or community programs
• Draft 3 outreach templates calibrated by category
• Build a tracking system for valuing and acknowledging in-kind contributions
• Document a 90 day outreach sequence

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor partnerships, in-kind sponsorship, brand activations, or nonprofit development
• Understanding of the dual value of in-kind support (operational lift plus reportable contribution)

About the Opportunity

Ineffable Films, Inc. is a nonprofit organization based in Brookline, MA, USA. The organization's mission is to provide support and opportunities for youth and emerging filmmakers. The position involves creating a comprehensive in-kind partner prospect database and outreach kit to streamline the process of securing donations for operational needs.

The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor partnerships, in-kind sponsorship, brand activations, or nonprofit development, and understand the dual value of in-kind support. This project is expected to take 25 to 35 hours to complete, with the possibility of sharing 2 to 5 hours per week.

The volunteer will work closely with the Founder and CEO, Operations lead, and Financial Consultant. Once completed, the database and outreach kit will serve as the operational backbone for sourcing donated resources across all programs, directly reducing cash overhead and expanding offerings.

The organization uses an active GoHighLevel CRM with a partnerships pipeline, prior in-kind relationships, a corporate sponsorship outreach kit, and a Financial Consultant on staff to advise on fair-market valuation and tax treatment. Documentation is maintained in a Confluence wiki under the Atlassian Social Impact License.

The position is part of Ineffable Films, Inc., which has been a member since June 2024 and has not yet completed any Taproot Plus Partnerships.
