Ashoka is the world's first and largest association of social entrepreneurs, innovators working on the urgent social and environmental issues of our time, who change systems, not just fix the problems within them. Responsibilities
- Maintain a tracker of partners, proposals, contacts, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate workshop logistics: facilitator materials, schedules, participant information, invoices, and handoffs.
- Support CMI administration, including access links, outreach emails, and clean cohort data.
- Draft and organize partner communications, meeting notes, simple slides, and reporting materials.
Our team is managing multiple active partnerships and pilots at once. Strong operational support will make sure commitments do not slip, improve the experience for partners and participants, and free the core team to focus on program quality, research, and strategic growth.

Language requirement: English
Skills and experience
- Strong project management, coordination and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and professional follow‑up
- Spreadsheet and contact‑tracking fluency
- Comfortable coordinating across time zones and multiple stakeholders
- Experience with youth programs, education, social impact, or nonprofits is a plus
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and flag risks early
