This is an unpaid, volunteer opportunity to work with an Ashoka Staff as an Impact and Evidence Associate supporting the Changemaker Index (CMI) team’s partnership and program-delivery work across youth leadership pilots, university partnerships, and external client opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a tracker of partners, proposals, contacts, deadlines, and follow‑ups.
- Coordinate workshop logistics: facilitator materials, schedules, participant information, invoices, and handoffs.
- Support CMI administration, including access links, outreach emails, and clean cohort data.
- Draft and organize partner communications, meeting notes, simple slides, and reporting materials.
Requirements
Proficiency in English.
Skills
- Strong project management, coordination and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and professional follow‑up
- Spreadsheet and contact‑tracking fluency
- Comfortable coordinating across time zones and multiple stakeholders
- Experience with youth programs, education, social impact, or nonprofits is a plus
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and flag risks early

Estimated hours required per week: 10‑15
Estimated duration of the project: 3‑6 months
