Volunteer Host & Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Welcome volunteers as they arrive
• Aid with volunteer check-in
• Distribute task cards and assignments
• Answer basic questions
• Connect volunteers with project leaders
• Encourage and support volunteers throughout their shifts
• Create a positive, engaging volunteer experience

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable interacting with groups of people
• Enjoys helping others
• Experience in customer service, education, event planning, HR, or volunteer management is a plus

Time Commitment

We are especially seeking volunteers who can commit to helping during monthly volunteer days, weekend projects, or recurring events. Flexible scheduling available.
